Day thirteen of the 30 Day Idol Challenge/Idol Month is your favorite AKB48 member!

For a long while, my favorite member was Maeda Atsuko simply because I saw her face the most, she was prettier than the other girls, and it was easy to remember her name.  Mainly because I knew her name.  Slowly over the past year, however, I’ve begun to learn the names of a couple other girls.  I won’t lie, I still only know a select few of the regular top senbatsu girls, but with names comes personalities and new idols to favorite.

After Maeda Atsuko, I liked Itano Tomomi for a while after Dear J, but then I realized how absolutely obnoxiously awful her voice is. She just got lucky with some really catchy solo singles.  And then I was favoriteless for a while.  But “Flying Get” finally made me realize my favorite member, who had been there for a while without me knowing it.

30 Day Idol Challenge 6 ~Subunit~

Day 6 of Idol Month/Happy Disco’s 30 Day Idol Challenge is your favorite subunit.  To save you all from reading about how much I adore Minimoni yet again, I’ll talk about my favorite active subunit.  I’ve touched on this before; I’ve just never really elaborated.

I’ve followed this subunit since their first single.  It was love at first sight.  I felt a little guilty about my love, so I’ve kept it on the down-low, but with Hello! Project’s past year and a half of disappointment, I’ve decided to be a bit more open about my AKB endeavors.

J-Round Up: IDOLING!!!, AKB+Friends, Kikkawa You, After School, Akanishi Jin

I’ve been wanting to review a lot of the latest releases.  Unfortunately, a lot of them aren’t new anymore, but here are the latest one’s I’ve been looking at.  I’m going to hold fast to my resolution to expand my horizons, so today I’m breaking down my barrier and reviewing IDOLING!!! for the first time.  I’m sorry I can’t provide you guys with the actual PVs or lives for most of these; we all know Japanese labels are insane with copyright (although last time I checked, wasn’t the point of a promotional video to promote…?).
